Here is what happens to anything you send us through this website. Nothing is sold, nothing is handed to advertisers, and the details you provide are passed to the licensed contractor who quotes and completes your project. That is the whole arrangement, and the sections below spell it out.

Information you give us

Apart from a note of which page on this site you came to the form from, we do not gather anything you have not typed in yourself. When you fill out the quote form, that means your name and phone number, which are the two required fields, plus whichever optional details you choose to add: an email address, the street or area of your project in Northridge, a project type, and a short description of the work. Calling or texting us produces the same kind of information, just spoken instead of typed.

What it gets used for

• Replying to you and preparing a written price.
• Passing your details to the contractor so they can book and carry out the on-site estimate.
• Scheduling the installation with that contractor if you go ahead.
• Following up afterward, when you have asked us to.

Outside of those four purposes it does not get used. We run no advertising campaigns off your details, and we neither sell nor rent them to anyone, at any price. The only party they are shared with is the contractor quoting your job.

How the quote form works

The form posts to an address on this site's own domain rather than to an outside form service, and from there the message is delivered to our own inbox as an email. Cloudflare hosts the site and handles the request on the way through. Spam filtering is handled by a hidden field that automated submissions fill in and people never see, which means no reCAPTCHA and no tracking of your behavior to decide whether you are human. Requests are kept while we are working with you and for our own records afterward, then removed.

Cookies, tracking, and analytics

No advertising cookies are set here and no profile of you is being assembled. There are no third-party ad trackers on these pages. Should we ever add simple, privacy-respecting traffic measurement, this section will be updated first to say exactly what is counted.

Asking us to remove your details

You can have what you sent deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you, whenever you like. One call, text, or email is enough and there is no process to go through.
